The Strategy

Instead of a 30-minute slide deck, I architected a 60-second "Risk vs. Reality" scenario.

• Grounding in Reality: I utilized official HHS Incidental Disclosure standards to identify the "gray areas" of hallway and elevator conversations.

• AI Orchestration: Using Synthesia, I produced a high-fidelity avatar coach to "humanize" the regulation.

• Visual Governance: I applied a modern Charcoal and Lavender palette to maintain professional authority while ensuring the content feels fresh and engaging.

The Result

This approach transforms a "checkbox" compliance task into a memorable behavior-change tool. By focusing on the Minimum Necessary standard through a multimodal format, organizations can reduce incidental risk while respecting the limited time of busy healthcare professionals.
